Phases and Timeline

We typically break down our work into six to seven distinct phases. Each phase uniquely ties into a customized timeline that we tailor to each of our client's needs and desired outcomes. We spread these phases over a several month timeframe to ensure our client needs are being met and the most data is derived and analyzed to produce high-level results and outcomes.

Sample Timeline

We break down each phase into a succinct timeline that is agreed upon by all involved members of your team, typically top leaders. This timeline can always be adjusted as needed. Timeline periods typically include five phases:
 

  1. Introduction of our team to your business

  2. Survey Generation/Interview Script Creation and Scheduling

  3. Gather Survey Results and Conduct Interviews

  4. Data Analyzation and Report Generation

  5. Data Presentation(s)
