Camille Rutherford
CEO & Founder
Camille Rutherford, MS is the CEO and Founder of Camille Rutherford Consulting, LLC. She has a B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership also from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
She has an array of business experience including hospitality, real estate, nonprofit, marketing, and consulting. After working in consulting for a number of years, she decided to open her own consulting firm to serve businesses in a holistic manner.
She believes her holistic approach best serves her clients and views her clients as partners.

Lela Tepavac

Lela Tepavac, P.h.D is the president and founder of Fit Leadership, LLC (’07), a leadership consulting firm dedicated to helping companies and their leaders build innovative organizations with enabling cultures that attract exceptional people and fully leverage their talents.
She has developed multiple customized leadership models and assessment tools with behavioral definitions based on external research and internal context such as industry trends, new vision, strategic direction and desired culture. Such models and tools reflect external know-how as well as internal views of optimal leadership framework that best fits organizational objectives. Lela has developed a proprietary model/approach to build an innovative organization that is able to unleash creative potential of employees. She also created methodologies and tools to assess leaders’ capabilities to lead in specific business context such as growth, green growth, turnaround, or turmoil.
Scott Conser
Lead Technical Director
Scott Conser is the president and founder of The Conser Group, a consulting firm founded in 1997 to provide questionnaire design, survey programming, survey hosting, data analysis, reporting services, and custom application development. His specialties include 360° Multi-Rater Feedback, Succession Surveys, Board Assessment Questionnaires, CEO Evaluations, Executive Team Assessments, Performance Management, and Employee Satisfaction Surveys. Scott has worked with a plethora of Fortune 500 companies including: Atlanticare; Avon; Best Western International; BlackRock Boys and Girls Clubs of America; Brinks; Bristol Myers Squibb; Broadridge; Brooks Brothers; Brother International; Cadbury; Center for Disease Control; Chubb; and CitiGroup.
Leslie Tricerri
Operations Manager
Leslie Tricerri is a highly experienced assistant with over 15 years of supporting high-profile clients in Los Angeles, including A-list talent, as well as a boutique consulting firm.
She holds an A.S. degree in Criminal Justice and is recognized for her organizational, abilities, to work independently and proactively, and has a solutions-driven mindset. Leslie brings professionalism, discretion, and a hands-on approach, consistently stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly and support teams at a high level.
Unique Yubeta
Marketing Manager
Unique Yubeta is a marketing consultant with years of experience in digital marketing and web design.
A majority of her experience has been spent on content creation, web design, and social media marketing. She also has experience with SEO, branding, general marketing tactics, and market research. Her strong initiative and drive allow her to keep up with this ever-changing market.
